Our goal is to create a team of leading project management and advisory professionals who partner with entities in transformation, continuous improvement, and success. We also have access to a trusted network of independent experts and associates that join us when certain technical requirements dictate. Yuri Alpuche, MPM, PGDB

Managing Director | Project Management Expert

Yuri Alpuche is a skilled and dynamic project management professional with over 11 years of experience in project management and digital business solutions. She is passionate, dedicated and innovative in delivering the best value and service to clients and works closely with them to ensure the right solution is curated and executed. Yuri developed and led several successful projects in the public and private sector such as the You Reform App for the Economic Development Council, reformed the registering a business processes for the Government of Belize and assisted with the procedural framework for Belize On, Belize’s premier E- commerce platform.

She has worked with several international bodies such as the Inter-American Development Bank, The Jurist Project, Compete Caribbean Partnership Facility and International Renewable Energy Agency. She is the founder and Managing Director of Elevate Consulting Ltd. and holds a Master’s Degree in Project Management, a Post Graduate degree in Digital Business, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, and several professional certificates. Maria Guerrero, Market Research and Quality Control Expert

Maria T. Guerrero is a chemical engineer with an MBA from Universidad Centroamericana (UCA) José Simón Cañas, El Salvador. Her experience is in managing the quality laboratory, establishing standard operating procedures, and training lab personnel for Belize Natural Energy. She has participated in various projects, such as SMART Hospitals Baseline Assessment Report for Pan-American Health Organisation, Technology Needs Assessment as Mitigation Consultant for the National Climate Change Office, and the Nutrient Fate and Transport Study with Belize Water Services Ltd. She has provided support to the University of Belize in the development of their Transformational Plan and the Association of Professional Engineers of Belize (APEB) contributing in reviewing their strategic plan and organizing the secretariat, participating in formulating the CBA Digital Approval Process, an amendment to the Belize Building Act and APEB’s legislation, among other activities.
